The 4th of July Committee is comprised of a group of people who participate every year in the Catonsville 4th of July Parade festivities.  We plan and build a float to enter in the parade each year.  For years, Westowne was not represented in the parade, but in the past 3 years we have participated and we have even won awards for our past 2 entries.
